Gamma Brewing Company
Gamma Brewing Co was founded in early 2015 by five friends who met through bartending in the Copenhagen craft beer scene. In the beginning it was just a side project, we bought one fermentation tank and installed it in a brewer's collective in Gørløse north of Copenhagen, brewed a beer, kegged it, delivered it to local bars, brewed another and so on.

Beer Firm nata nel 2006 dall’idea del danese Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, si è fatta ben presto conoscere anche al di fuori dei confini danesi per un approccio innovativo verso la produzione birraria e una comunicazione immediata ed efficace. Le birre che traggono spunto sia dalla tradizione belga che da quella anglosassone spesso nascono dall’intento di cogliere (a volte in maniera quasi didattica) i vari elementi che caratterizzano questa bevanda, cercando di spingere sempre oltre i confini produttivi.
Amundsen Bryggeri
Amundsen Bryggeri is an Oslo-based brewery focused on producing craft beers of the highest quality for the non-conformists out there. Our motto is Created by Craftsmen as we see we ourselves as modern day craftsmen; hand-crafting and producing ales, lagers and sours.
To Øl
Starting out as a home brewing project back in 2005, To Øl was permanently established in 2010 working as a gypsy brewery lending in on other breweries spare capacity for the following decade. In 2019 we took over a former food factory in the Western part of Zealand, Denmark, where we’re setting up a full-blown specially designed brewery and craft beverage hub. To Øl City is the name of the place.
